Altstadt is a MUST when you’re in Fredericksburg. They have several areas to eat and explore that fit all of the vibes. We went for the Grand Room which had live music and dancing. You also order from a QR code which is my style. They have a full bar and the food came super fast! It is traditional german so of course we had to try all of the must-haves and the beer flight, several of which they brew in-house. They also host parties and events, even weddings!

Most people head to Fredericksburg for their wine and vineyards but you’d be a fool to pass up this authentic german style brewery! I highly recommend getting a flight a trying a bit of everything!
