Bamboo Sushi

The fish was really good everything fresh. The roll had some truffle aioli and made it very unique. I could have done without the crispy onions on top their texture was a bit sharp. The nigiri was top notch!

Stopped here for a quick lunch. The things that made the experience not so great was being ignored for almost 10 minutes by the server when I was ready to order. Also this crispy rice with tuna was not something I would get again because the tuna is so thin on top and the rice was stale and not appealing. But I did end on a better note with the sushi chef being kind and giving me some nigiri after I gave my honest feedback on the crispy rice.
