Absolutely everything we sell is scratch made by us including rubs, sauces, dressings, bread, and sides. We smoke our meats for 10+ hours to ensure that every bite is tender and juicy. Established in 2018. We began with a mission to serve delicious BBQ in the South Bay of San Diego because there is no place to buy this type of food for miles and miles. Our main way of serving our guests was at the Imperial Beach Farmers Market right near the ocean shore in the most southwesterly city in the whole US. Every Friday we served our amazing city slow smoked brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, and sides. When Covid-19 shut the whole town down, we expected to be right back at the market after it was over. However, the market never returned so we have been doing events and catering ever since. We have served our spectacular food at weddings, parties, festivals, concerts, schools, breweries, bars, markets, and many other events.
