Biscuit King started in 1986 in a small yellow building on a corner lot in Lexington, NC. With just 20 seats and five employees, we quickly became a local favorite for our homemade buttermilk biscuits. Within a few months, demand for our fresh, delicious food outgrew the original building, and we expanded to meet the needs of our loyal customers.
