Blackwater has some of the best coffee in the Houston Medical Center. I came for a quick pick me up after work and tried the horchata iced latte, which was delicious. If you're in the area and need a drink or bite Blackwater is a great choice.

This coffeehouse is tucked inside the Houston Methodist Hospital in Texas Medical Center. It is open limited hours during the daytime so get your fix early! The staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to make your drink. Hot and iced options aplenty so choose what you want. I had their iced hazelnut latte and it was so good! Would come back to visit whenever in the area due to lack of parking or paid garage parking only...

Love the aroma when I enter this coffee shop. The coffee selection is good and they have some seasonal beverages too. The bakery case has a nice variety of goods like muffins, scones, croissants, danishes, and quiches. Their pistachio muffin is a must have and they warm it up nice and toasty too.
