Blossom Cafe

The Nutella Strawberry Soufflé Pancakes were really good, but I expected them to be much better. I thought it would only be two pancakes, but it came out being more like four—thick, airy, and fluffy like angel-food pancakes. The Nutella and strawberries were a nice touch, and the thin, juicy chicken tenders on the side actually paired well. Overall, I give it an 8.5/10. I was expecting them to be 10s, but still a solid, tasty plate.
