Bluebird Kitchen

Fabulous brunch at Bluebird Kitchen in Bellmore, NY! All of the cocktails have interesting names including the one I tried that was called “What is this? A drink for ants”. Interesting ingredients used here was snap pea and green chartreuse. Found the mezcal to be too dominant and shadowed the yuzu and mint. Pastry basket was delicious especially paired with the sweet herbed butter. Zucchini frites and the avocado hummus was addictive. Hot honey chicken and waffles were the best combo!
