The taste of Chicago, the flavor of Italy! Five Different Pizza Crust Types, Delicious sandwiches and creation dishes Established in 1994. Chip Starkey and his wife Anneke moved to Wheaton and started a partnership with Taylor Street Pizza when there were only 2 stores, the first was in Bartlett, the second in Geneva, the Wheaton location was the third store opened. Our concept was simple, good Italian food and pizza at reasonable prices. As Taylor Street grew with more stores, the partnership was strained and as it changed from a partnership to a franchise. Chip and Anneke decided to break away and start the present day Capri Pizza & Pasta. "We have more freedom now to change the menu as needed, to meet the ever changing tastes of our customers" says Chip. "We strive to provide the best food possible and give our customers real value for their money."
