Casa Mangiare knows what they’re doin’—when that Hugo Spritz hit the table, it was like a breeze straight outta a summer night in Verona. 🥂✨ Light, floral, with just the right pop of elderflower and bubbles. Not somethin’ you find every day in Texas, but they serve it with the kind of finesse that says, yep, we’ve been there. One sip and I was right back to italian summers.
