Elevated dim sum experience with use of truffle and gold flakes on their dishes compared to traditional dim sum. Pricy but decent quality dim sum. Elegant restaurant setting. Fried tofu was crispy outside and silky middle. Congee has a good broth flavor. Truffle siu mai was just siu mai with truffle. My favorite was the steamed lava salted egg bun. Came out hot and the salted egg exploded. Most of their buns have very little fillings inside and is mostly bun.

Located inside The Courtyard by Marriot is Chef Tony, an authentic dimsum place visited by many asian celebrities. Came for dinner this time instead of lunch and ordered various buns and dishes for the family. Everything was amazing as always. But if I had to pick between lunch or dinner, would definitely pick lunch as they have a lot more dimsum options then. Nevertheless, highly recommend if anyone is in the Monterey Park area
