A new restaurant in town, chef owned and operated, this is a great spot to grab a self crafted KBBQ style bowl choosing your protein, rice (or salad) and fresh toppings. They also have the fun and yummy potato tornado available! See store details for a free one! My favorite thing is their homemade sauces! I’m telling you, you will fall in love with their sauces! You will have to go back for more bowls to try and see which is your favorite craft bowl sauce!

This fast-casual restaurant is for quick eats and for a good price. They know how to make a good kimchi and not to mention how tender and marinated the spicy pork bulgogi and beef bulgogi were. The bowls are super customizable and you can even add a side.

It’s like chipotle but Korean-ified! Got mini bowl with half rice, half lettuce, with salsa, red cabbage and cheese; topped off with spicy mayo. Bulgogi was cooked perfectly.

You get to build your own bowl here just like Chipotle. My base and protein was white rice and spicy pork, and I chose almost every topping. They do a heavy drizzle of your sauce choices, which I don’t mind but good to be aware of. I liked my choice of the habanero and the spicy mayo. Service was nice and quick. Interior is clean and neat. It’s quite echoey in here so combined with the music and kitchen noises, you have to talk louder than usual. But overall a comfortable place to eat in.

Craft bowl is a small business in my area and I wanted to check it out for a while now. The serving style reminded me of chipotle because you choose your base, protein and then your toppings. I got the beef bulgogi and it was decent. It is good place if you want a quick bite.
