A solid cafe and ice cream spot for a nice, chill #workandstudy section. Everyone was doing there own thing with a little bit of chatter here and there, but it was overall a very relaxing environment. Consider this for a place to get some studying done this school year!

🧋hojicha milk latte without coffee (I don’t recommend as it is not strong on hojicha) 🐾🍰 3 paw mochi cakes for $7.75 (ube, matcha, black sesame) Went here on Sunday afternoon. It is crowded! A lot of students, young professionals and just folks that want to have a third place. All seats were taken up or hogged by other people with their things. Outdoor seating was underrated but it was still hot out like at 97 degree weather 🔥🥵☀️
