"​Forage is a neighborhood bistro in Cambridge right outside of Harvard Square. Through partnerships with local farmers, fishermen, and foragers ​we offer a local, seasonal ingredient-driven menu served in a casual setting. The bar program at Forage ​delivers classically crafted cocktails that have a focus on seasonal and locally produced ingredients. ​Forage also boasts a carefully curated and approachable collection of organic/biodynamic white, red, and sparkling wines and a selection of beer from independent and innovative breweries. ​​At the helm of Forage is owner/general manager Stan Hilbert, chef Eric Cooper and bar manager Joe Choiniere. The trio worked together for seven years at Ten Tables in Jamaica Plain. Our goal is to create an environment that is comfortable, hospitable, and down-to-earth, but one that never sacrifices the highest standards for service and cuisine."
