Fuego is the modern, Latin-infused indoor-outdoor restaurant and lounge at Hotel Maya in Long Beach, CA. Led by Executive Chef Victor Juarez, who brings over 30 years of culinary expertise and countless awards to the kitchen, the restaurant draws on farm-to-glass principles with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The space features 13-foot-tall retractable glass walls that open onto a sweeping patio with views of the Pacific Ocean, the Long Beach skyline, and the Queen Mary.
