WE ARE OPEN for TAKE OUT Breakfast & Lunch. Gillespie Cafe offers delicious American Breakfasts and Lunch. We are located next to the Tower at Gillespie Field Airport in El Cajon. Pancakes, Waffles and three egg omelettes are always popular and the Gillespie burgers are a big favorite. Enjoy a beer with your sandwich and have some ice cream and pie to finish.
