Ventured out to a new neighborhood for a hot bowl of ramen!! Love Ichiran ramen. The bowl is super customizable, including the firmness of the noodles, spicy level, richness of the broth. You can also request extras as well! The ramen was super delicious! The broth was super rich and flavorful!! The charshu was perfectly cooked. Its a little different than other places. As the meat is cut more on the thinner side. I also could have went a litle higher on spice level. Highly recommmend!!

One of our favorite ramens based from a chain in Japan. They really perfected the broth, which is why there is only ONE item on the menu. It is so rich and flavorful and hard to beat. The eggs are also cooked perfectly soft boiled each time 😋Too bad prices went up.. used to be $18 & now its $20! 🍜 But still well worth it - as this is a no tipping restaurant. There were no lines at the Williamsburg location on a Saturday evening. Love the individual booths and efficiency of the service.

This is such an iconic ramen spot! I love how the setup is, you get to eat your own ramen bowl and it’s all set up with a booth to immediately serve your food in front of you. So fun and a must try

This is such an amazing spot for world famous ramen! I really think it’s so fun to get a booth spot and enjoy a bowl of ramen in peace. Can’t miss this spot!
