Indigo Cow is a specialty soft serve shop on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles, bringing a beloved Japanese dairy tradition to Southern California. Founded by Keisuke (Kay) Kobayashi, who grew up in Hokkaido, the concept is rooted in a genuine love for the region's celebrated soft cream. The milk comes from Iwase Farm in Sunagawa, Hokkaido, where over 200 dairy cows roam freely on nutrient-rich pastures. Flavors include Hokkaido Milk, seasonal options, and swirl combinations, all served with house-made toppings like mochi, yuzu black sesame, and sweet potato. Guests rave about the creaminess, the quality of the soft serve, and the imaginative topping pairings.
Indigo Cow is located at 1710 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026, in the Echo Park neighborhood near Downtown LA.
