I recently visited Indigo Cow and had an intriguing experience. The ambiance was inviting, with a cozy and modern decor that set a pleasant mood. The dishes I ordered were flavorful and well-presented, showcasing the chef's attention to detail.

Always a crowded line, but for good reason. Soft serve is on point, the toppings only make it better

Although the ice cream isn’t exactly like Hokkaido cream in Japan, it’s still good. However, the toppings are spectacular. I would buy a whole cup of the matcha warabimochi topped with just a dollop of ice cream if I could.

Hokkaido milk with matcha centric, hokkaido milk+matcha swirl with mochi, and a swirl with black sesame and yuzu 🍵🍨 so yummy!
