Breakfast jacks have been amongst my favorite fast food breakfast items since I was just a child who needed something on their stomach to be better prepared for sporting events like track meets, soccer games, etc. Now, it’s something I still occasionally enjoy for breakfast. The breakfast jack can be made with sausage, bacon, or ham. This is the sausage breakfast jack, but all of them are great options.
