A unique cross-pollination of Chinese and American cuisines built out of necessity, hard work, creativity, perseverance, and entrepreneurship of Chinese-American immigrants. Our family has been cooking Chinese-American food in America since the 1950's. Jade Rabbit is an ode to that family history. We hope to honor our history while evolving Chinese-American food that is healthy, quick, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared and sourced using quality ingredients.
