Had the omakase at Kaori Sushi and it was excellent from start to finish. The quality of the sushi really stood out—fresh, clean, and well-balanced. The soup was a nice touch, and the hand roll at the end wrapped everything up perfectly. Definitely make a reservation if you’re planning to go, it’s a popular spot and worth locking in ahead of time.

10/7/25 - Got here right after they opened & were seated immediately. Get there earlier if you want quicker, more attentive service. The inside is cozy & incorporates Japanese culture & pop references. Himokawa Udon lunch special ($24.99): flat, cold udon noodles served w/ sweet, lemony dipping sauce & 4 piece sushi set. Tasted good, but not a meal that I would necessarily reorder. Baked salmon roll ($18): served warm & very filling Unagi don ($19): savory, on a bed of rice w/ avocado slices

Dinner Bento, Uni Bowl with Salmon Roe, Blue Crab Roll, and Yuzu sorbet. The food was very good, haven't seen a blue crab roll anywhere before, would come back for that. The yuzu sorbet ($5) was also fresh and bright, recommend splitting with 3 people.
