Kopan Sushi & Ramen

Upon entering the restaurant, I felt like I was transported into a Ghibli anime scene. This decoration is one of the most Japan I’ve been to in SoCal. The food was amazing. The YUZU sauce is my favorite. Totally a sashimi-lover paradise because they’re so fresh but if you don’t eat sashimi then other dishes are great too!

Presentation is good Sushi is fresh. Fried octopus is crispy. Not a lot for 11 dollars though. Parking pretty busy but available. Service is pretty good

The sushi was fresh and the service was friendly. The only downside is they don’t offer dessert. 😅 :)

This place definitely lives up to the hype. The sushi is incredibly fresh, with beautifully presented rolls that have great flavor and variety. Every bite tasted high quality and well crafted. What really stood out were the hot soups, the ramen and broth based dishes were rich, comforting, and packed with flavor, making them perfect if you’re craving something warm and satisfying. The atmosphere is clean and modern, and the service is friendly and fast.
