David Wilson is an Electrical Engineer who has always been interested in Nutrition. After selling his electrical business he invested in Buttercelli Organic Bakeshop that was on Ventura Blvd from 2011 to 2015. While that was going David developed Paleo baked goods which he continued to sell on line when Buttercelli shut down. In October 2018 Leo's made the jump to a retail location and became a Vegan Bakery and Cafe. Our previous bakery was 100% Paleo Vegan & Gluten-Free. This new location is 1
