Liyin Rice Roll Master

Rice roll is a Cantonese dish from Guangdong Province in southern China also known as Cheong Fun, commonly served either as a snack, small meal or a variety of dim sum for Breakfast. It is a clear thin roll made from a Cheong Fun steamer with a wet cotton steaming cloth. The batter is poured on top of the cloth filled with shrimp, beef, vegetables, or other ingredients and then steam. After it’s rolled and cutted, a seasoned soy sauce is poured over the Cheong Fun dish upon serving.
