Gave this Soul / Korean fusion restaurant a try. Tried the fried catfish platter with a side of ramen n cheese, and sesame pickles and the 3 bun sampler (meatloaf, fried chicken, catfish) Catfish was pretty good, love the tangy mayo sauce that came with it. The ramen n cheese is a cool concept, but I just didnt like the flavor, was mushy also. The 3 sampler buns were ok, the buns were falling apart sadly and didnt hold together. I couldn’t taste the bulgolgi in the meatloaf.
