Mikiya is the first all-you-can-eat Wagyu Shabu restaurant in Southern California. We are excited to share our shabu-shabu (beef and vegetables cooked in simmered broth) with you. Our menu includes three premium all-you-can-eat options so everyone can find their favorite! At Mikiya, we are dedicated to promoting an environment filled with shabu-shabu, a comforting atmosphere, and the best company. An important element of shabu-shabu, we select soup ingredients carefully to create a delectable umami broth. Our beef is ethically sourced from a local ranch and our vegetables are always in season.
