Incredible food, incredible service. I experienced Mixtli's Mexican Pacific menu. The menu told a story that I could taste, of different cultures meeting a mixing in the Mexican Pacific. Each course was truly unique, with distinct flavors in creative textures. Dinner was about 2.5 hours, with each chef describing their dish. I was very satiated by the end of dinner. The ambiance was simple and clean. I truly enjoyed this experience, and the staff made sure of it for all the diners.
