MOM & BOP specializes in Korean food inspired by the California lifestyle. It is upscale and fast casual fare. We use many different ingredients from Korea, China, Japan, and Southeast Asia. We serve high-quality grilled and slow cooked meats, as well as healthy fermented, pickled, and fresh vegetables. Customers can choose from different bases (rice, noodles, and/or salad), several toppings, and a variety of homemade sauces. Our food is healthy, satisfying, creative and, in a nutshell, fun.
