In 2012, Fernando Trocca created his first Mostrador on the beaches on Jose Ignacio, Uruguay. According to Fernando, the concept has always been simple: "we aspire for our customers to feel as if they were among friends, to eat well, to have fun, and come back again." Our "counter," or menu, is made from peak seasonal produce and changes daily. Grab a plate and come join us!
