Under new ownership October 2015. Business owner information Waynette H. Business Owner I have been a local bartender in the Crest Hill/ Joliet area for 16 years. I was the bar manager at Paddy's for 2 years and decided it was time to take the next step into owning my own bar. I am a single mother of 4 amazing kids and strive every day to show them how to become successful adults. I hope this new adventure will be another way of showing them that.
