Roji Sushi was a refined experience. The miso cod was the highlight, tender and deeply flavorful, while the toro sashimi topped with roe offered a rich and balanced bite. Oysters came with house sauce that was tasty, though I still prefer the simple brightness of lemon on fresh oysters. The sea urchin hand roll and salmon crudo felt standard rather than memorable. Overall the menu showed thoughtful preparation with a few truly standout dishes.
