At Saigon Cafe, our goal is to bring you the authentic tastes of Vietnam in a warm and inviting dining environment. We deliver that culinary experience through family recipes from Vietnam. The highlight of our extensive menu is a bowl of authentic pho, a beef-noodle soup that is the ultimate comfort food. We also offer a variety of other freshly prepared and delicious Vietnamese items, as well as many popular Southeast Asian dishes. Established in 2002. The first Saigon Cafe was established in 2002 by restaurateur David Lee, who wanted to give his customers the traditional Vietnamese experience of eating Vietnamese street food in a comfortable setting. Public response to that first restaurant was so positive that David opened another four restaurants over the next four years.
