The inspiration for Santo Cielo lies within the idea of a "kitchen without boundaries". Staying true to our midwest roots while extending our vision globally. Sourcing ingredients responsibly by seeking out local purveyors, local brewers, wine and spirit makers. Sustainability and seasonality are of the utmost importance to us, as we strive to provide the highest quality of freshness in all aspects. Established in 2018. Santo Cielo opened in May 2018 as Bien Trucha Group first foray outside the "modern" Mexican food scene. The ties to our roots shine through our name, "Good Heavens". Santo Cielo captures America's flavors and global influences while featuring local farms and purveyors. We featured a one of a kind wine list, as well as a modern take on classic cocktails.
