Reasonably priced tempura a la carte. Short queue during lunch hour on a weekday. Plenty of seating at food court.

Cold udon noodle without soup was fresh and not too thick or grainy. Perfect with the green onion and dark tsuyuu sauce. The tempura was a bit cold but still good; not too heavy on the breading and the onion was fresh. $17.29 including tax. Fairly valued for a good meal.
