Your favorite restaurant in Marietta @eatatseed is now also open on Mondays! Locals love it for their specialty crafted cocktails and modern American cuisine. I love that they use ingredients from local farms. Tonight, we started with their famous White Corn Grit Fritters with Jalapeño Jelly. For their summer menu, they have added a fresh Strawberry Salad with arugula from @tuckerfarmsga. For entrees, I suggest the Seared Maine Scallops or Seared Lamb Tenderloin.

I had an opportunity to visit Seed for Cobb Foodie week and it was amazing. I had the artisan salad which was fresh and loved the goat cheese and pecan cranberry granola. The Short Rib Ragu was fantastic and a huge portion. Full of flavor and so filling. For dessert I had the Carmel Apple Bread pudding and warm, sweet and topped with cinnamon ice cream. Also the French 76 is a wonderful cocktail to try too! The service was impeccable and top notch. Can’t wait to go back.
