Shokku Ramen

Want to enjoy some ramen and Japanese inspired apps? Check out Shokku Ramen with friends and slurp on! The ramen options are a handful but I like to create my own. With their tonkotsu broth and some spice, it is a craveworthy bowl of noodles. However, the chashu pork and soft boiled egg were both somewhat overdone. The noodles were al dente and the soup was flavorful though! The edamame is bland and you'll need to add some spice. Wash it down with a cocktail or two. #ramen #noodles #japanesefood
