Silverlake Ramen

I got medium spice and I, for once, regretted it because it took over the flavor of the broth so all I could taste was spice. I ordered the blaze which is spicy tonkotsu and although the noodles were good I can’t say much about the broth. I’d recommend getting mild or just getting the classic next time.

Love this place any day of the week! The spicy levels are all great! Ramen never disappoints!
