Sueño is inspired by the traditions and culture of Mexico’s burgeoning culinary scene. We pay homage to those challenging norms south of the border. 3-time James Beard nominee/finalist Chef Jorge Guzman presents traditional Mexican fare, featuring heirloom corn varieties imported from Oaxaca over a live fire hearth in Sueño’s open kitchen.
