Had high hopes for this spot, but the Japanese-Peruvian fusion just didn’t hit for me. I probably would’ve enjoyed it more if it focused on one cuisine instead of blending the two. Flavors were okay but nothing striking. Service was also a bit of a letdown—hard to flag down our waiter, had to follow up on a forgotten order, and even getting the check took longer than expected. On top of that, it felt pricey for what it was.
