Tacos Barbon specializes in providing authentic Mexican street food Tacos with our own twist. Like our famous Ribeye tacos. Mesquite grilled ribeye cooked medium rare and cut thick, topped with a house-made chimichurri sauce on a corn tortilla. We aim to provide quality in all of our tacos, quesadillas, nachos and house-made birria. Established in 2020. Tacos Barbon officially opened for business on May 16, 2020 as a local food truck in the city of Buckeye, AZ. We have recently expanded to our first brick and mortar location in Goodyear AZ inside the Holiday-Inn Hotel on N Dysart Rd & the I-10 freeway.
