Friendly atmosphere. Parties. Fun Times. Generous Pour. Established in 1969. Tallyho Cocktail Lounge is a dive bar located in Scottsdale, Arizona that opened in 1969. Celebrating our 55th Anniversary. Cash Only accepted, ATM located inside the bar. No food but chips, jerky and other snacks available. Outside food is allowed. Business owner information Catherine B. Business Owner Cathy hails from Chicago originally but has been in Scottsdale for many years. She managed the Tallyho for over 30 years. When the original owner Lois passed away Catherine purchased the bar and has kept it running as the same neighborhood bar we love ever since.
