In every bite, there's a story. At The Freakin Incan, our story starts with our chef, Mikiel Arnold. He was born in Peru, and has since dedicated his culinary career to sharing his culture and cuisine with others. After learning and honing his craft in Lima, he founded our first food truck in 2014. The rest is history: With each plate of lomo saltado, each sip of pisco sour, and each sweet alfajor, we reveal our roots to those who join us at our tables and our bar.
