They use the best ingredients available in the northwest. Most everything is cooked from scratch. Homemade french fries, fried in 100% zero trans-fat soybean oil, hash browns made from freshly steamed potatoes, honey cured slab bacon, garlic mashed potatoes made at least twice daily. The produce is sourced locally and my salad has five vegetables including radishes. They use extra lean certified ground chuck and all the burger patties are hand made and cooked to order. So sit back, relax, play a board game with your family or watch a game on one of our several large HD flat-screen TVs. They will have your meal ready when it is finished served piping hot.
