Local lobster

Had to check out this Catalina staple. And of course had to try the lobster roll. Loved that it was an ample portion of real lobster! Flavorful and perfect with the bread. The coleslaw was solid. Fries weren’t my favorite but overall a good selection! Even though I did a canned drink, the bartender was making plenty of delicious looking cocktails.

Lunch at The Lobster Trap on Catalina Island was a whole vibe! I couldn’t get enough of those raw oysters on the half shell—so fresh, I’m still dreaming about them. The rest of the family went all in with whole lobster, lobster rolls, coleslaw, bacon-wrapped scampi, and more. We soaked up every bite in the fun, laid-back atmosphere, surrounded by fishing gear and lobster traps that made it feel like a cozy coastal hangout. Definitely one for the books!

sauce for lobster roll was great! Could be better overall but fun place to check out.
