Thirsty Cow
About
Thirsty Cow opened in 2015 by Kay Park and Joshua Kim who had one simple goal in mind: open a restaurant where they would want to bring their friends and family to eat, drink, and enjoy each other’s company. The owner, Joshua Kim, was born and raised in Korea. He is passionate about Korean cuisine and its culture. He takes pride in having both American and Korean roots, identifying with both cultures and Korean family and its cooking traditions. Thirsty Cow is a representation of Joshua Kim. It also embraces American and Korean roots. It offers a unique dining experience of Korean BBQ in a rustic American steakhouse décor. The rustic dining room will transport you the farmhouse where Thirsty Cow (we named him “Sir Angus”) lives. We are NOT AYCE, stuff your face with lesser quality meats restaurant. We are all about a great dining experience: great food, great service, and great ambience.
