Quick dim sum spot in Irvine, got the baked BBQ buns, it was good, fried eggplant and shrimp, loved that, Chinese broccoli and fried garlic, ok kinda bitter, steamed rice roll with shrimp and chinese chives, ok wrap was gummy and fell apart, and steamed rice roll with BBQ pork, ok but wouldn’t order it again, wrap was better than the shrimp one but the filling was kinda chewy and dry. Overall ok, one and done for me. Most items were under $15 but there were some big ticket items for $30-$50

Tim Ho Wan is a chain dim sum restaurant from Hong Kong, and has now spanned across the US! Get their famous BBQ Pork Buns that have a delicious crunchy crust but soft bun and delicious pork inside!

Good dumpling place

This restaurant is newly renovated and super delicious! I love the radish cake, spicy wontons, barbecue pork, and more. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Recently remodeled with a fancy interior. Lunch was ok with some items not as good as we remembered. Might try again in the future.

Dim sum and Chinese food at a newly renovated spot

Great modern dim sum spot in the Jamboree plaza. A bit pricey, but the quality is there. Glad it opened nearby.
