Traditional home style Ukrainian / Eastern European cuisine with popular dishes such as Borscht, kharcho, chicken blintz, beef-stroganoff, chicken tabaka, herring and potatoes, salad olivier, stuffed cabbage, flame grilled shashlik, to just name a few. We also have our famous home-made infused vodka, flavors include lemon, cranberry, raspberry, horseradish, garlic pepper. Established in 2005. Traktir first opened in 2005 and has been a popular Eastern European Ukrainian restaurant ever since. Opening next door to a popular Eastern European deli called Royal Gourmet (established in 1993) realizing people wanted the real experience of a sit down restaurant as well as take-out.
