Xiquet’s gastronomical menu, inspired by Chef Danny Lledó’s hometown of Dénia in the Valencian region of Spain, currently holds a MICHELIN Star and AAA’s Five Diamond designation. The restaurant features a sought-after tasting menu experience which includes Lledó’s signature rice dishes, as well as innovative preparations of other traditional items from Valencian cuisine. Guests can anticipate seasonal menu changes to showcase the freshest products available. The Chef’s tasting menu is cooked a la minute within view of guests over an open, wood-burning flame or a smoker. A meal at Xiquet offers over 20 compositions of modern Spanish cuisine that showcase Valencian gastronomy, beginning with a tantalizing welcome bite and a sip of vermouth at our Chef’s Counter, followed by an unforgettable tasting menu that concludes with after-dinner treats in our elegant mezzanine lounge.
