Zhangliang Malatang is our go to whenever we want mala soup or hotpot! Affordable, quick, and tasty!

My first malatang experience was here. The selection here was okay, but I think that this place has one of the best dry pot malatangs that I’ve had. Its packed with flavor, saucy, and so damn good. As for the soup, there are better places though. The AC here was not working well when we went so we were sweating lol

One of my fav malatang spot in SoCal, really good protein and vegetable quality, lot of choices

Good food, but sauce station is a little messy and could be cleaned more often
