Franki "Happy Hour Giveaway" Terms & Conditions

Overview

Franki is launching the “Happy Hour Giveaway” campaign to promote in-app Happy Hours and drive community engagement. Every Monday from June 23 to August 15, 2025, Franki will post a giveaway on Instagram inviting followers to tag friends for a chance to win a $500 prize to use towards a Happy Hour of their choice.

Campaign Period

The Giveaway begins on June 23, 2025 at 9:00 AM PST and ends on August 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Campaign Period”). One (1) winner will be selected each week.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry and have a valid Instagram account.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Franki and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family or household members, are not eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the following steps on the weekly Giveaway post made on the @frankiapp Instagram account:

1. Tag at least three (3) friends in a comment on the Giveaway post.
2. Follow @frankiapp on Instagram.
3. Only one (1) entry per user per weekly giveaway.

No purchase necessary.

Entrants must only tag individuals with whom they have a personal connection. Do not tag individuals who may consider the tag unwanted or unsolicited.”

Entries for each week must be submitted between the time the giveaway post goes live on Monday and Wednesday at 11:59 PM PST. Entries submitted outside this window will not be considered.

Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) eligible winner will be randomly selected each week from valid entries using a third-party Instagram Giveaway Picker tool.

To qualify, selected entrants must:

• Have followed @frankiapp.
• Have tagged at least three friends.
• Not have previously won a Happy Hour Giveaway during this campaign.

Winners will be notified via Instagram DM on Friday of the same week and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of receipt. If no response is received, Franki reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize Details

Each weekly winner will receive:

• A $500 deposit into their Franki Wallet (accessible via the Franki app).

To redeem the prize:

• The winner must have a Franki account with a connected payment card.
• The funds can be withdrawn once the connected card is verified and active.
• The winner must submit a photo or video of their Happy Hour experience, which may be featured on Franki's marketing channels.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted. Limit one (1) prize per person during the Campaign Period.

Publicity & Content Rights

By accepting the prize, winners agree to:

• Share a photo or video of their Happy Hour experience with Franki.
• Grant Franki the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted media in social media, promotional materials, or advertisements without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Taxes & Reporting

Any applicable taxes related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If required by law, Franki may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC and collect winner tax information (e.g., W-9).

Data Privacy

Participant information will be used in accordance with Franki’s Privacy Policy and only for purposes related to the administration of the Giveaway. Franki will not sell or share user data for unrelated purposes.

General Terms

Franki reserves the right to disqualify any user that does not comply with these T&Cs or engages in fraudulent activity.

Franki also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway in good faith in response to fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control that materially affect the integrity or fairness of the Giveaway. Any modification will not affect previously selected winners.

Social Media Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By participating, you agree to a complete release of Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to this promotion. All information provided by entrants is being provided to Franki and not to Instagram.

Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
