Translated to “mother’s hands” in Korean, this eatery in Carrollton offers the most authentic Korean cold hand-cut noodles and crispy Mandu that I’ve had in the area. Everything was super flavorful and fit just right for the mood. I feel like I really had some Holmes style cooking here!
